Today we went to an AZ Diamondbacks Spring training game at the new Salt River Fields. Justin works for the Salt River community, so we were able to get a discount on tickets and food. The kids had a blast. It was even better that “our friends” were there too!
Justin was able to get a “real” game ball for the kids. They love their new baseball so much. Jeremiah had to sleep with it on his bed tonight. One bummer part of the day was when Justin was gone getting food. A fly ball came and hit the ground right next to me. It then bounced and some guy dove over all the kids by us to get it. If Justin had been there, it would have been his ball. Oh well… maybe next time.
