Reading and Writing Together

As I was checking on the kids while they were playing in their room, I could hear sweet little voices. I walked in and saw this scene before me… I smiled and tears flooded my eyes. They are so precious!

Later that night, I walked into my room and saw this… gee they are so darn cute!

They even had the sheet pulled up over their legs!

Our New Puppy

Meet “Magnum” a 2month old German Sheppard mix.

Jeremiah loved him at first sight and would scream in delight and chase him and pet him.

mostly Wordless Wednesday: Grumpy Baby

She wanted in her chair and she wanted her blanket, so I obliged and left her like this. The funny thing is she sat here like this as she drank her entire cup of milk.She decided to come out of hiding when she was offered a graham cracker.  For more Wordless Wednesdays go to WW HQ

Most BEAUTIFUL View

As I sit at my desk doing homework, I glace out the windows and see the most beautiful things. In front of me is a raised flower bed and pond, that my husband built for me while I was on bed rest. I would sit outside and watch him lay brick after brick. Each placed there because he loved me. Then I look out the other window and see a sight that brings tears to my eyes. My family! My children are busily working in the dirt, helping daddy move it, so that he can build them a playhouse. I think about all he has done for his family and I just feel so lucky. He is constantly busy, but he does it out of love, to make us happy.

Here are the pictures from my window… as I sit at my desk. (not the greatest quality photo, since it was through glass, but I think the view is just spectacular!) 

Soon, I will post some pictures of the patio he is working on. It’s almost done!!
