Videos of Babies

Today is the 1st time I have seen these videos of my babies when they were in the NICU, so I decided to add them. Boy were they small...

Alexis was 4lbs 110z and

Jeremiah was 3lbs 4 oz.

It's amazing how much they have grown in 4 short months.

This is them about 3 weeks ago... they move a little more now!

Our little babies are 4 months old now! We started rice cereal. Boy, was that fun! Alexis really took to it. She loved to eat the cereal, then her hands. With each bite she stuck her hands in her mouth. By the time she was finished, her face, hands, arms, legs, tummy, hair, feet... and mommy were covered with cereal. Jeremiah took about two bites and ate it perfectly, then screamed and screamed and screamed. We had to work into more bites each day. He now can eat all of it and not make much of a mess. I can't wait until carrots...that will really be messy!

Twin Talk

I've heard that twins had their own language. I just didn't think it started so early. I shouldn't be suprised though. From the day they were born, I've seen how they are very aware of each other. If one starts crying, it doesn't take long for the other to join in.

A couple of days ago, I sat the kids face to face. The moment they saw each other they started cooing, talking, smiling, and laughing. They continued this 5-10minutes. Then Jeremiah made a high pitched coo. Immidetly after, they simulatniously turned to look at me. They smiled, and then turned back to each other to continue their conversation. They either just realized they have the same mommy, or they were plotting against me...I'm not sure!

This Life of Mine...

Life has been turned upside down since my babies were born in March. Even though my days are hectic, crazy, and sometimes a little stressful, I wouldn't have it any other way. I've waited all my life for this, and everyday I wake up feeling blessed and excited I have this wonderful life!
