Choose - a – Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Prep: 25 min Bake: 10 min. per batch Oven 375*
¾ cup butter or margarine
¼ cup agave syrup
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup xylitol
1 tsp. baking powder
¼ tsp. baking soda
½ tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 ¾ cup all purpose flour
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup of your chip-of-choice (chocolate, butterscotch, peanut, etc.)
1. In mixing bowl beat butter or margarine on medium to high speed for 30 seconds. Add agave, sugar, xylitol, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Beat till combined, scraping sides of bowl occasionally. Beat in the eggs and vanilla till combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. Stir in the rolled oats and your chips-of-choice.
2. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375* oven for 10-12 minutes or till edges are golden. Cool Cookies on a wire rack. Makes about 48
